Unified Email Health Assessment

Bring different kinds of email evidence together. Find the next action without guessing at an inbox score or treating unrelated messages as one incident.

Describe the problem

Use just the information you have. Extra evidence is optional. Pasted headers, bounce notices and DMARC files stay in this browser; only a domain you explicitly choose to check is sent to our public DNS service.

Enter a public domain, not an email address.

Have original message headers? Add them privately

The tool reads header fields only. Authentication-Results are claims, and can come from different or untrusted hops.

Have a delivery failure or delay notice? Add it privately

A bounce and a received message header may describe different deliveries. We do not assume they match.

Have aggregate DMARC reports? Add XML, GZIP or ZIP privately

Use files or pasted XML, not both. Reports are combined only for matching policy domains; a historical report does not verify current DNS or inbox placement.

Evidence boundaries: The assessment does not verify a sending IP against DKIM, link separate messages to one event, check mailbox filtering logs or publish DNS changes. No account required.

What this assessment can and cannot conclude

The assessment ranks next steps according to the information provided. It distinguishes public DNS observations, untrusted header or bounce claims, receiver-reported aggregate data, and your own description of the problem. If different sources cannot be linked to the same message, it leaves the connection unresolved.

This is not an email deliverability certification, an SMTP transaction, a sender reputation score, or a guarantee of inbox placement. For technical background, see the BizMailNet methodology and the standards for SPF (RFC 7208), Authentication-Results (RFC 8601), DMARC (RFC 9989) and aggregate reporting (RFC 9990).
